Freshman boy dating senior girl dating agent prov4 7 1
I think freshman/senior relationships are destined for failure. The senior guy has the freshman girl's best interest in mind. He's not just looking for an easy freshman girl to have sex with. I would hate for my son to be labeled a pedophile over something like that.
It's inevitable for them to end when the senior goes to college. Once a boy reaches 17 or 18 (depending on the state) he is a target of all sorts of crazy accusations.
Otherwise your lack of attending to personal responsibilities in a timely matter, will come back to bite you hard.5th year (dumb) seniors can often be 19 years old, and freshman can be 13 yrs old. 19 yr old adult male dating 14 yr old girl is not just creepy, but sickening. I wouldn't sweat what people think, but if u want to know want they think...
they prob think the senior is a douchebag loser who couldn't get a date with anyone his age because he is so lame and ugly, so he has to take advantage of younger girls.
The other dated rather secretly, but it became known later.
And truthfully, despite it generally being looked down upon with seniors dating freshmen. You'll have to be a real dick to walk up to said consensual teenage couple, and tell them they are disgusting. And on the other hand, its kinda lame to talk smack behind someone's back.
But that's no reason to never have the relationship in the first place. Yes it is my opinion that a senior/sophomore relationship is inappropriate..as bad as a senior/freshman, but still not something I approve of entirely. For that reason I would prefer that my sons date girls who are close to their age.
I know people who have had such a relationship, and yea it's none of my business I suppose, but that's how I feel. I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with a senior dating a freshman but since so many parents of girls seem so willing (even eager) to make normal teen boys into sexual predators it would make me uncomfortable for me if my son dated a freshman as a senior.
just lots of changes and stresses on a relationship that's probably relatively new. This might come as a surprise to some posters, but you CAN have a relationship without sex. When I was a senior, there were sophomores at my school born in September 1992. But there were people only 1 grade above me that were born in September 1989. If you just go by what grade someone is in, that can be misleading.
Whereas the girl hooking up the older man is naturally seen as creepy. And have dire consequences for all involved parties.: Nah.
In my high school, 1 to 3 year difference wasn't looked down upon.4 years is where people drew the line.
Since he pissed off practically all of his classmates, by attempting to be an authority figure (this was a JROTC program).
And didn't connect to us on a personal level.5th year (dumb) seniors can often be 19 years old, and freshman can be 13 yrs old. 19 yr old adult male dating 14 yr old girl is not just creepy, but sickening. I wouldn't sweat what people think, but if u want to know want they think...
